Can I delete my account?

I didn't receive order confirmation/download email?

Yes, you have lifetime access to downloads. Download as many times as needed.
The downloaded file is corrupted or won't open?
Try a different archiver (WinRAR, 7-Zip). If still an issue, contact support for a replacement.
Updates
Do I get free updates after purchase?
Yes, you get all future updates we release for that product at no extra cost.
How often do you update products?
We update products as new versions are released by original developers, usually within a few days.
Will I be notified when updates are available?
