How do I update my account information?

Can I delete my account?

I didn't receive order confirmation/download email?

Can I purchase as a guest without an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, we strongly recommend creating an account because you can access your purchases anytime from your dashboard, easier re-downloads if you lose files, track your order history, and faster checkout for future purchases. If you checkout as a guest, you'll still receive download links via email. Keep that email safe!

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees whatsoever. The price you see is the price you pay. Some payment processors may charge currency conversion fees depending on your bank and location, but those are beyond our control. We don't add any surprise charges to your purchase.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars) by default. Your payment provider will handle currency conversion based on your location and payment method. The amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rates and bank fees.

How do I download my purchased products?

After successful payment, you'll be redirected to a download page immediately. You'll also receive an email with download links. To access your downloads later, log in to your BanglaDock account, go to "My Account" → "Downloads" section, find your purchased products and click download. If you checked out as a guest, keep the email receipt—it contains your download links.

My download link expired. What should I do?

Download links typically expire after 24-48 hours for security reasons. If your link has expired, log in to your account (if you created one) and access downloads from your dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, contact support at support@bangladock.com with your order number and email used for purchase. We'll regenerate fresh download links for you.

Can I download products multiple times?

Yes! Once you've purchased a product, you can download it multiple times from your account dashboard. There's no limit on re-downloads. This is helpful if you lose files, switch computers, or need the product for a new client site later.

The downloaded file is corrupted or won't open?

This rarely happens, but if you encounter issues, try downloading again—sometimes files get corrupted during download. Use a different browser or disable download managers temporarily. Check if your antivirus is interfering. If problems persist, contact support with your order number. We'll verify the file and provide a fresh download link or alternative access.
